Nathalie Dereau

Nathalie is an experienced Breathwork and a certified Somatic Experiencing® practitioner.

She is also a mother and an avid long-time sports practitioner.

She uses the power of Facilitated Breath Repatterning to take clients on a deep journey of discovery, helping them release past emotions and events that might be holding them back.

She dedicates her practice to help people wanting to shift their perspective and to achieve a more balanced approach to life’s challenges.

Her experience assures that her sessions convey the perfect balance between dynamism and care to nurture the physical, emotional and mental needs of each person.

Jila Ji Regan

Jila sees wholeness in her clients and helps them unearth and integrate what stands between their current reality and their truest essence and soul’s calling. She does not “heal” people, but accompanies those who are ready to optimize their breath and regulate their nervous system, on a journey of self-discovery.

Greater vitality, capacity, resilience and self-acceptance are what many of her clients experience through consistent practice. She has also helped clients unwind physical and emotional trauma from accidents and life events. She’s been licensed in massage therapy for over a decade and brings attuned touch and an understanding of physiology to her sessions. Jila bridges the science of the breath with a ceremonial container and weaves her voice and instruments into her sessions. She provides a safe space where clients are able to go deep.

Jila brings her passion for the voice into her Vocal Empowerment sessions for anyone wanting greater ease and freedom in their voice, especially anyone who feels shut down in that area or has experienced trauma around the area of their self expression or voice itself. She also offers sessions called “Deep Reset” which combines cranio-sacral technique with attuned touch and sound healing for a journey without connecting the breath. ~ Jila began her journey with conscious connected breathing 20 years ago, as an alternative to traditional therapy. She has trained in Rebirthing, Transformational Breath and Facilitated Breath Repatterning. 

This work helped her out of the loop of analyzing her life and reliving painful memories, and onto an empowered path forward.

Jila is fully devoted to the breath, and is a vessel for this work in both 1:1 sessions, couples and groups. Jila has been a part of the core teaching team with Breathwork Bali as both as assisted and lead teacher. Jila has trained in Craniosacral Therapy, Hakomi (somatic psychotherapy), and embodied somatic parts work.

Alexander Goetz

Alexander is a certified Yoga teacher, Meditation facilitator, Bodyworker and Breathwork coach. After he practiced different Breathing techniques over the last years, he specialised in Conscious Connected Breathing, focused on emotional release to obtain more balance and clarity. 

Coming from a corporate background, Alex was suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. Conscious Connected Breathing helped him to reconnect with his body and mind, which enabled him to let go of behaviour patterns that were no longer serving him. 

Now he shares this powerful practice with everyone who wants to get back in touch with their true self.

Alex is a dedicated breath facilitator and skilled bodyworker renowned for his ability to create and maintain a deep space for healing and self exploration.

By identifying and addressing stress patterns held in the nervous system Alex guides his clients through conscious breathing, movement and sound to unlock deeper layers of emotional and physical wellbeing.
